My battery has been swollen for a year now and I've pushed using it as much as I can. It sticks out past the MB case at least 1/4" now. I used it anyways just as backup in case of a power failure even though I use it in closed lid mode as a media player. I bought the MB used two years ago this month.
I know new batteries are still available at apple.com for $129 and i don't mind paying that much especially after reading complaints about those cheap $29 replacements elsewhere.
Has anyone bought a new Apple battery and how has it lasted?
