Black and Slate iPhone 5 chipping issue

Users who've bought their iPhone 5 recently (Black and Slate model), is the scratching and chipping issue still remain? Did you regret your decision to buy Black and Slate model?

I have had no issues other than the small chip on it that was designed by apple.

No chips here either on my black i5.
Not unless you drop it then obviously I could see it chipping or getting dents.
I got a bumper case on.
