black bars when watching videos

how can I watch it full screen? I can do this easily with my laptops but I always have black bars when watching films.

Just a tip: you will get less help going on like that.

So lets be clear, you want to zoom the film in so you loose the left/right edges of it but see the centre part of the film larger?

I don't get help to began with and no go re-read what I asked. Double tapping the movie isn't what I'm looking for.

You got no help because it wasn't clear what you're trying to do. I've asked you a question to clarify further and you can't answer tha either! Add that to the rudeness, what do you expect?!
