I posted this in the troubleshooting forum but got no acknowledgement.
While quickly flick scrolling through certain web pages, I often get glitchy black bars at the top and bottom of the page. They run the width of the page and are anywhere from 1/4 to 1.5 inches tall. If I scroll up, I get a flicker of black at the bottom. If I scroll down, a thinner area flickers at the top. It looks like bad video RAM.
If I force quit other recent apps, it goes away. I have no other video or graphic issues or glitches.
Could this just be the way it is? To test it, check out ilounge.com and scroll quickly up and down the page. Ideally you would have several other apps recently opened and have not restarted recently.
