Black Friday deals on newest iPads, any Minis?

I see deal from $50/$75 gift cards, Fry's is offering $100 in store gift card, but these are all for the iPad Air.

I'm seeing NOTHING for the iPad Mini.

I can get the iPad Air for the same price as a Mini, yet the retail is $100 difference.

I know the Mini has supply issues, but I wonder if there's any deals anyone knows about for the Mini.

What if someone bought the Air and waited, kept it in the unopened box, then exchanged it for a Mini. Would that work?

I know you can sell them, but they usually want to open the box and play with it and that devalues it, but you're dealing with a potential ripoff.

I just read where Apple is basically fully stocked on iPad Mini Retina now, so where's the Black Friday deals for rMini?

I've seen where I can get an iPad Air for near the standard retail price of the Mini.
