Will apple match resellers?


Target has
iPad Air Wi-Fi 16GB for $479.99 plus $100 gift card (regularly $499.99)

First-generation iPad mini for $299 plus $75 gift card

iPhone 5S 16GB for $179.99 plus $30 gift card, Verizon Wireless and AT&T (regularly $199.99)

But no Imac. What uup!!

In the past they have not, if history is any lesson I'll let you draw the conclusion.
 
The iPad Air deal sounds like a winner. I wish I had waited...oh well, maybe I'll get a new iPhone.
 
Called Apple and they said that they will take 10% max. only off the retail price at apple.com even if another reseller has it for less.
ie: Best Buy $1299-$200=$1099
Apple.com $1299-$129(10%)=$1170
But it is still early.
I'll bet they price match when it comes down to the day.

I ordered a new iMac yesterday. If apple does have a Black Friday sale on iMacs, does anyone know if they would price match my order? I did place my order using my employer discount if that matters.
