Black Friday + education discount?

Going to be picking up a 13 inch MacBook Pro in the next few days. I'm currently eligible for $100 education discount. I assume there will be some type of Black Friday deal tomorrow. Can I combine my education discoun with the Black Friday deal?
 
You could just go to the store tomorrow and see which one is better then ask them to use the best one.
