I intend to buy myself a retina iMac, iPad Air 2, and a MacBook Pro. However, I'm not sure whether to buy it now, or wait until the discounts on Black Friday.
I'm not too familiar with Apple's policy when it comes to Black Friday discounts. What products do they discount, and how much? And do they also have any Cyber Monday specials on their Online Store?
Also, knowing that Black Friday is the start of the holiday season, and how busy shipping is during this time, has shipping times been more longer for you based on your experiences?
And, the most important question is, buy now or buy on Black Friday?

This (2013 BF deals) will give you an idea of the discount possibilities that *might* happen this year

This is what Apple did during BF 2013. They offered gift cards with the purchase of products.

2 & 3: I can't answer if the shipping times are longer, but if you can wait till Black Friday to buy the items, I'm sure you can wait a week after Black Friday to get your item. Since you'll be buying three items you might as well go for the max. savings.
