It appears so, at least in the online store. They have the same Black Friday banner ad in the Canadian online store as they do in the US store.

am just asking cause i live in Montreal , and haven't seen anything like in future shop stores or something indicating anything, but hope so, i want to do soem serious shopping lol...mostly apple stuff...so hopefully i will get good deals friday?

If you're looking for the sale in the retail stores, it would only be in the Apple Stores...but the only Canadian ones are in Toronto.
I doubt you'll see much of any discount on Apple stuff in other retail stores, so online would be your best (and probably only) option.
