I have an iPhone 4 32 gig, and it all of a sudden went black the other day, the phone was still working, I would still make voice dial calls and the screen still lit up long enough to show th eboot logo. I researched it, did a DFU restore, and upgraded to iOS 5 gm, and it seemed to work for a few days, and I made a phone call today, and then the black screen came back as soon as I hung up.
I have restored it, DFU restored it, tried different downloads of iOS 5. Like Felix burns, and straight from apples servers, and my developer gold master version as well.
I have also tried different computers.
I know this seems to be a common issue based on al the research I have one, but they all say that a DFU restore has done the trick, I did that and it worked, I did it again and it worked the first time and I decided not to store it from my back up, and it still did it out of no where not even an hour later.
Does anybody have any advice or other steps I can fallow?
Thank you!
