Black Macbook - Touchpad button rubs and squeeks

I had an apple warranty replacement of my keyboard and touchpad top case a few months ago but my warranty has since been expired.

Now I'm getting a problem with the touchpad button rubbing against the case and making a squeeking noise everytime I click it.

Is this a bad installation job or bad build quality? Is there any adjustments I can make by openning it up or will I have to get the whole thing replaced? How much is the part with the keyboard/touch pad?
