A friend of mine downloaded the latest update for airport. It wanted to shut down his MBP so as to install the update and so he did it. When he tried to open his MBP, he heard the sound from the superdrive but he didn't heard the sound that plays when the apple shows in the screen. Also his screen is totally black. He tried restarting 6 times and he had the same results.
