Black screen and cursor when MacBook Pro 2014-mid is shutting down

Does anyone have the same issue? After upgrading Yosemite, when I shut down the macbook, it goes to black screen and cursor for a long time. And it seems like it won't recover. So I have to force shut down. It happened a lot of times. I've also tried to reinstall the Yosemite, it didn't work as well. So anyone has the same issue?
