Hello all , first i am new in this forum, this is my 1st message. Also please excuse my english since i am french. I have read many posts on this forum and i noticed you have much more experts here than anywhere else. So let's jump in my problem if you can help.

I have a black screen on my 2010 White :apple: unibody a1342. I have tested the display on another mackbook, and it's working. Ribbon is also ok.
So it's coming from the motherboard. I looked for a melted component, and the i am lucky, i found it near the display connector .
I 'd like to replace it by myself , i have few electronics skills, but this component is very very tiny (i have a magnifying glass). I may have to buy a soldering station just for this.

My question now, i don't know which kind of component it is, and its value. where can i find it ? Can someone help on this ? it is something i can make by myself since it's a so little piece, i have already soldered when i was younger ...but on bigger resistor/capacitor.

The component which has melted :

The piece before it melted down :

Thanks for your help, i will try to give you a feedback , cheers Fred ;)
