Black screen Ipad 12.9 M2 16.1

Hello, I've been wearing an iPad 12.9 M2 for about two weeks. I have it with a Logitech Combo keyboard and it has happened to me that when I open the Ipad, the screen is black, I try to unlock and follow the black screen but not in its entirety, there is like a light backlight.

The moment I close it and reopen it, it is solved. That has only happened to me a couple of times.

Has it happened to anyone else?
