Black screen on XP

Ok heres the problem.Today i was updating my boot camp drivers to 2.1 everything was succesful,except the keyboard driver but i couldnt be bothered about that.So i reboot onto my Mac OSX partition.Later when i want to start my Win Xp,I goes pass the loading screen but then blackscreens,my computer is still running my mouse is still lit up.I then Reset my PRAM and SCM(or sumthing like that not sure)and it goes to the welcome screen loads my desktop then blacks out again.Repartitioning my xp is a no-go(i lost my activation code).I have no idea what to do.:mad:
