I went on youtube & I followed the directions on how to unhack the itouch. I went to the ziphone website & downloaded the program & installed it. The video said that if the install lasted more than 3 minutes, then that there is something wrong. So I clicked on the "stop process" button to stop the install & then the screen on my itouch went black & this is the code it showed in white font.

BSD root: md0, major 2, minor 0

What's wrong with it & how can I fix it.

I haven't read the faq's, stickies, or searched since I just bought the itouch lastnite & I'm at work now on my sidekick so I haven't gotten a chance to look. I posted on this subforum because since I was trying to unhack my itouch, I guessed this would be the approriate one.
Please help.

I'm having problems again. I got home & tried to restore it & followed the directions & its still not restoring. Instead its saying this......

The iPod "iPod" could not be restored. An unknown error occured(1604).

What does it need? Its the 1.1.4 model if that means anything.
