black screen when I use ichat--help pleaseee

hello i am new to posting a question but i have used this to help me with countless problems
When i try to ichat with people i can see them clearly but all they can see on their screen is a black, i dont know what went wrong
how can i fix this?
is there something wrong with my camera?

please help...urgent
