Upgraded my iPhone 5S to iOS9 tonight.
Ran into the following problem:

When launching certain apps a black screen is displayed very briefly before the app actually starts. Seems to only affect certain 3rd party apps (such as Twitter, Foursquare, Timehop) and not built in apps.

Anyone else ran into this problem?

Deleting the app and re-installing it fixes the problem. But quite a hassle to do that for every app that has this issue.

This happens on my wife's 5C ever since 9 came out. It happens on stock apps too, which means she cant delete and reinstall them. A soft reset fixes it for a few days and it comes back. She updated to 9.1 yesterday hoping it would help, but the issue happened again just hours after the update. It is super annoying. My 6 is unaffected. She has done OTA updates since she got the phone which I installed 8.3 on in DFU mode. There is a large thread in Apple's forums about the issue with no solid fix yet. Very poor support if you ask me.
