Could someone please tell me where the code is that tells my iPod touch to show a black screen when I press the lock button? I don't know if it's possible to change it, but I want to know how if it is possible. Thanks in advance!

A black screen? You mean: putting it to sleep? To change that behavior, you'll need access to the source code of iOS, which is not available to the public. Might look for some reverse engineering forums, but I don't think you'll find anything useful concerning reverse engineering iOS on MR.

Thanks to both of you. I didn't think it would be easy but I guess it would be really hard to do what I had in mind.
