Black spots on screen ..... wtf?

hi guys im new to mac n all i recenrly got a macbook pro.. less than a month n today afternoon i realized there are dark spots on the screen when i turned it on[refer to thw pic] is this normal??(spors are just at the bottom of the screen like lights shooting up)

Restart her and see what happens, might want to bring her in to see Dr.. This has been showing up in some late model MBP's....

Take it in, that's all you can do. This problem has been brought up, analyzed and dealt with since the Penryn MBP came out.

Just make sure you can reproduce the problem for the Genius Bar.

Going to a lower end product simply because frills in a higher end (LED) has a potential to fail or have issues, is simply poor justification, IMO.

If you gave up whenever you encountered a challenge, how will you ever succeed?
