Black squares appears randomly on screen

Below I've pasted a snippet of my desktop where the squares appeared to day. Yesterday they appeared different places in Mail.
The squares are about 14 x 14 pixels

I guess it's a graphics related issue but how bad do you think it is? And has anyone had similar experiences? I've tried Google but didn't find anything.

My computer: MBA 2011 i7 4GB, 256GB, about 3 months old but only used for two of them due to travelling.

I'd call Apple and see if they will repair it, especially if it's just 3 months old. That shouldn't be happening.

This has happened to me also, but only while playing Netflix connected to the TV.
Its usually on the left side of the screen, and flickers every 5 or so seconds.

That's the only time I've seen it though.

You still might want to get that checked out, even if its only doing that while watching netflix videos. It could result in a bigger problem in the future.
