black status bar

i have a black status bar, i believe its from winter board?

i installed winterboard and then deleted it.. im not entirely sure if the transparent black status bar came from installing WB once.

but only on the homepage is it black, every other screen it is the normal silver


how can i get rid of this black bar and change it back to normal?
