Black & White Resolution...

I recently borrowed B&W off a friend, and its quite a nice game... but its really infuriating me playing on a 20" iMac with the resolution at a very low level, and there is no obvious way to change it.

Is there any way to access the preferences for the game so I can make the resolution a little larger?
