Blackberry Data Plan on 3GS

On my old iPhone 3G, I had no problems swapping my sim card (with Blackberry plan) between my iPhone and Blackberry. I was able to use the internet on the iPhone just fine (no visual voicemail though).

On my new 3GS, it does not seem to work with my blackberry sim. I can make calls but no internet. Anybody have any ideas?
