Blackberry storm/ical sync- need solution

Hi,
I desperately want i phone for my wife but due to coverage (and that it's a company phone) we are stuck with verizon and a blackberry storm.

She has problems loading the google calendar, so I need to have her blackberry cal syn up with her macbook ical. I'd also like my imac to sync up.

we have tried missing sync- which hardly worked. I just downloaded RIM mac app, but I think it only goes one way.

I am very much a newbie, but would like any suggestions on solving the problem. I find it hard to believe that I can't have a two way sync between a storm and an I cal.

The RIM mac app does go both ways, look for the check box in each category.

And, it has an option to erase all contacts and calendars on the phone and replace with the ones on the mac. That would be the option to choose for the first go 'round.
