Blackbook Flash Video Keeps crashing

Macbook 2.1 intel core 2 duo

I upgraded my HD a while back to 500GB Hitachi HTS 725050A9A364.

Ever since flash video locks up & crashes on me on a regular basis, especially high def videos.

Maxed out my memory to 3gb...although it reads 4gb

Still have the original intel gma 950 graphics card.

VRAM reads 64mb shared memory. This seems really low to me..is this the problem?...if so, how do I increase it??

What browser are you using? On my MacBook flash stops all the time in Safari but it works fine on Chrome.

chrome, safari, firefox...same issue on all

I don't know about you but this worked for me, in Chrome, go to chromelugins as the url, find Adobe Flash Player, and if there's more than one listed there, disable the one that's already on the computer and use the one that's just built into Chrome.
