Does Blackjack 21 have any form of mutliplayer? As in online, Wifi, and and/or pass-around-the-iPhone?

I don't really see the point in that. You don't really play against each other, in the traditional sense, in blackjack.
 
Sorry, no the game has no multiplayer. It's not really a game that'd benefit from that as a Poker game would.
