Blackmagic Speed Disk scores: m2 512gb Air vs 14" m1 Pro

Hello -

I am having a hard time choosing between the m2 512gb Air and the 14" m1 Pro.

According to some youtube reviews, it looks like the m1 Pro might be 2x faster in Blackmagic benchmark results... has anyone else tried this first hand? How is it possible?

It has to do with the SSD "chips" in the Air v. the Pro.

Which one you want is up to you.

In "real life", unless you know and can state the specific reason WHY you require the extra speed, chances are you won't even notice the difference in most day-to-day tasks.
