Blackra1in to Spirit?

Hey,
I'm just wondering, I jailbroke my ipod touch with blackra1n, and as you all know, it's tethered. (I'm using 2G 3.1.2). But if I upgrade it to 3.1.3, and use Spirit to jailbreak, can I get my apps from installous back?
So basically,
How can I get my apps from installous after I upgrade it?

Don't talk about piracy here, it's against the rules.

To answer your question, if you upgrade to 3.1.3, you can jailbreak with spirit normally.

i also have to say, 2g 3.1.2 shouldn't be tethered, or at least mine isn't. (ipod touch 2g, running 3.1.2)

the mc model 2g ipods are you probably have a non mc model 2g

how can it be piracy as apps from other places are free and so far ive not seen tomtom on there or the like
piracy-For electronic and audio-visual media, unauthorized reproduction and distribution is also commonly referred to as piracy

sooo i would jailbreak you phone and download from cydia and have things on your phone/touch or pad what apple dont want you too its your property not theres, i love my iphone jailbroken.open your eyes apple let people do what they want.you would sell a hell of a lot more if you made it easyer

what he means is that the app installous redistributes apps from the app store for free, so that is piracy

Install0us is not piracy but it is illegal. I know thousands of apple workers that have cydia or rock.

Any success stories for Blackra1n tethered to Spirit? I'd obviously rather not have a tethered jailbreak, but I'd also like to keep my phone working dandy. Little cautious because of the comments noting bad reception etc.

i jail broke my ipod using spirit it is a untethered jail break and it can do 3.1.3 also untethered the only difference is it just installs cydia but if you want rock you can download rock off cydia
