Blackrain 3.1.2 to 4.0

I currently have 2 iPhone 3GS, one is my dad's, and both at baseband 5.11.07 jailbroken with blackra1n and 3.1.2. ONLY ONE of the phones has SSH backed up. I will be performing the jailbreak on the SSH backed up first to see if it all goes well.

Will I be able to unlock with pwnagetool 4.0.1 and will I be able to unlock my phone for t-mobile with ultrasn0w or any other method of unlocking?

3GS must be old baseband to use Custom_Restore upgrade/jailbreak to 4.0 (and hashes would be required as 4.0 isn't being signed any longer)
