I SSH ed into my ipad and was tired of having to click through 50 different folders with the long letter/numbers in them to find the app folder I wanted so I changed all the folder names. Now all the apps that I have changed the folder names are all blank icons. They still work but having 4 pages of blank apps kinda blows. Anyone know how to fix this issue?

This happened to somebody else last week. Reinstall all your apps.
There's an option in iFile that names the folders for you. Turn it on.
