blank blue screen - Mac os x 10.4.11

hi,

can anybody help! - i am new to mac
problem - blank blue screen

i don't have a installation cd with my imac G4(os x 10.4.11) ram 512, 800ghz.
while installing a new software i mistakenly kept application/ fonts under trash bin.
when i login from the other account suddenly appeared blank blue screen with courser. no idea how to fix.

i can only run single user mode. i did fsck -fy and ended up with diskos10 i/o error.

cannot go for safe boot, mac restarts
please guide me on this matter.
