Has anybody heard of this problem? I was recently notified that synching with mobile me would add over 4,700 contacts to my office iMac - except that they're all blank and I didn't add any new contacts on any of my macs!
Plus, when I open my address book on my home iMac (Intel Core Duo, OSX 10.6.7), and delete all blank contacts, a new batch of 10 blank contacts immediately reappears in the address book without me doing anything or with any synching with mobile me.
Then when I delete these new blank contacts, yet another batch of blanks pops back in the address book within a few seconds. Somehow, the address book is automatically adding blank contacts without any input from me.
Has anybody heard of any bug or whatever in address book, mobile me, or safari that does this sort of thing, or do you think that my address book file has somehow been corrupted?
Thanks much if you have any ideas for the source of this problem or solutions.
