After upgrading to Yosemite, InDesign CS6 seems to be working fine but in the finder, about half of the associated document icons are the generic white blank page as opposed to the inDesign one. As well, any new documents created have the blank icon too.

I've uninstalled and re-installed inDesign, deleted finder plist and launch services plist files, repaired permissions. Nothing seems to work. InDesign seems to be the only application that I can see with this problem.

Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks.
