After updating to iOS 9, my iPad mini won't go past this blank lock screen. Everything seemed to upgrade just fine.
I have 3 other iOS devices in my home and they all upgraded without any hiccups besides one other iPad mini and all that took was a reboot to solve the black lock screen issue. I've rebooted this one twice already though to no avail.
