I have the new iPhone X and when I use the Face ID to reply to my notification or general unlocking. Sometimes my entire screen goes completely blank and only my background wallpaper appears. There's no apps, UI, clock, battery, wifi etc showing. The only way I can get it back is by locking the phone and unlocking it again - this happens randomly.

I've done the following:

1) I've tried to do a hardcore reset - by pressing up and down volume keys along with the side button.
2) I've updated my iOS software to 11.2.1.
3) I've erased all content and settings.

So far nothing. Is anyone else experiencing this problem or have other alternative solutions to overcome this problem?

Much appreciated. Thanks!
