Posted the same thing in the Sierra forum but think this would apply to OS X in general.

I'm looking to push out a mass password change for the admin account on a bunch of machines in the office. Is there a UNIX command I can push out through ARD to do this easily?

Thanks in advance

Use this: https://itunes.apple.com/us/app/createuserpkg/id540673598?mt=12
Test first; I have not used it with Sierra. Make your user with the same username and ID as your existing account, then install the resulting package.
More detail is here: https://github.com/MagerValp/CreateUserPkg
