Does this fix the the random white icons or the problem where random icons show up after installing and uninstalling apps (adsheet, ect..,)

Oh my bad, I am not sure...try it out? I think I will..lol

I had the problem where some of my apps would have white icons whenever I deleted a Cydia app. I got iWipe Cache in Cydia and it fixed the problem for me.
