A curious phenomenon. Fire up (reinstalled) Adobe Reader 8.1.1 under Leopard. The cursor while still in the dock area remains normal. Move it up towards the menu bar and it turns into the OS9 clock cursor of distant memory!!! Hit a menu item and it reverts to a Leopard cursor.

Weird or what?

It doesn't matter one jot, but I'm obviously curious!!! Any ideas how it got there and how I can get rid of this blast from the past????

This is in many apps, its not an Adobe thing...it even happens in Safari...

One thing thats gotta go is the old-style hand while hovering over links...
