What program are you running that uses MacFuse?
It is not a iPhone error as it does not use MacFuse. Check for Phone Disk or another program that allows direct access to the iPhone when it is plugged in.
MacFuse is used by many programs, and some like I said are used to mount and browse the iPhone file system. If you have any installed then plugging in the iPhone will launch that program and in turn use MacFuse to install.
Search their forum https://groups.google.com/forum/?fromgroups#!forum/macfuse for this issue. The dialog box says what to do. Downgrade to a older version. I am not sure what else to suggest. I would search for removal as well to make sure you are getting it all removed.
