Since "restart in OS X" no longer works under bootcamp with APFS drives, I didn't want to change a startup drive and just boot once from the EFI startup boot manager but... i can't, at least not on my RX560.
The exact same combination: option during startup, then right arrow and enter works perfectly on the stock 5770(ofc with visual confirmation), but on the RX560 the screen just stays black for good, no windows logo, nothing. If i just press enter (without the arrow) macOS loads normally, it's just the bootcamp partition that doesn't want to load for some reason. If i change the startup disk from recovery or macOS it works completely fine. Did something in that matter change in 10.13?

EDIT: Did some more experimenting and... After setting bootcamp as a startup disk from macOS and booting into Windows it apparently also sets NVRAM in some way that startup shortcuts(recovery, boot manager, even PRAM reset) stop working with a Windows keyboard(using Logitech Wave), it boots to Windows no matter what combination i try. I had to dig out an Apple one just to reset PRAM and get the startup disk back to normal. WTF? Is there an issue with MBR and APFS?
