Bliss weather hd

I just got BLISS WEATHER HD from Cydia and it is beautiful but I had a few questions.

1. How can I get a blank home screen so that I can only see the Bliss theme?

2. Does anyone have any experience with an add on called DUSK LAW? I guess it adds some animation and or clouds effects..I don't know how or where to get this.

3. I have already edited the zip code to reflect my city (Chicago) with iFile but are there other tweaks ?

I am running green poison on an iPhone 4 with 4.2.1 and lockinfo, settings and winterboard

As of now I can move all my icons to one side so the first page only shows my dock but if I turn the power off and back on then my icons are back to the first page. I am looking for a clean solution that keeps my dock on the main page..PLEASE HELP.
