Blobs on Cydia saved?

Are these my blobs on Cydia? I would like to do a restore after many months of installing and uninstalling various apps. Looks easy enough to do but just wanted to make sure before I shoot myself in the foot! Thanks
Yes - those are your blobs in green at the top. Before you put the aforementioned proverbial bullet in your metaphorical foot, what device do you have?
I have a 4s. And was going to follow this guide.

Looks like you should be okay, then. I would run RedSn0w first (Extras > SHSH > Verify) to make sure you have the blobs saved and accessible by RedSn0w.
I've tried that but all I get is a spinning rainbow for minutes… I'm not sure if that is checking my computer for saved blobs or Cydia?

cydia saves blobs for new firmware even if you don't update to that firmware.
