What's the most effective method for blocking the Gnutella network?

I know you can block Gnutella by disabling ports on your router. However, I need to keep UPNP (or Apple's implementation of it) active in order for specific devices to function properly (Back to Your Mac, WHS, etc).

Can you block the Gnutella network using OpenDNS or by IP address? My ultimate goal is to prevent Limewire, Acquisition, etc from running on my wireless network.
