Block ios updates on router not working?

I have mesu.apple.com and appldnid.apple.com blocked on my router. It was working fine from when I set it up, which was when iOS 9 came out. Until now, with ios 10. Have they changed the address for the update that the phone checks?

I haven't changed anything at all, only updated my 6S+ To iOS 10.

I'm blocking the iOS update nagging using this method.

You just install a beta profile on your iPhone and it will keep you on the existing iOS.
