Has anyone else noticed this?
The instructions show on this page no longer seem to apply in the first iOS 10 Beta. When messages come in from unknown numbers, there is no longer a "Report Junk" option at the bottom of the conversation, and in the Details pane, there is no longer a "Block This Caller" option. You can still find the "Blocked" section in Settings>Messages, however it seems that you can only add new numbers from your Contacts list, and not unknown numbers.
