Blocked contacts on iPhone are able to send/receive on my MBA (Mojave) ?!

I blocked a phone number on my iPhone and the person is still able to send me messages. They don't appear on my iPhone, but do on my MBA running Mojave.

It's just a phone number they are using, and not an icloud/email address to message me. Anyone experience this? Why aren't blocked numbers syncing to my computer?

I believe you need to copy blocked numbers to Messages settings.

On MacOS? There is no option to do that.

Will chime in that I'm seeing my block list showing up on Mac.

Why not? Can see OS version mismatch (ie. old iOS version). iCloud settings messed up. Messages setting is not quite right (eg. iCloud Messages not setup on Mac, "Can be reached at" is different). Filter Unknown Senders turned on for iOS? And turn off notification for unknown on Mac? Not syncing Contacts to Mac?
