iPhone Blocked numbers??

I have a question if I had previously blocked numbers on an old iPhone with iOS 7 and got a new iPhone with the same iCloud and updated to iOS 8.1 will the numbers still be there or will they be erased???

It SHOULD sync to your new phone either via iCloud or if you restore from a backup of your old phone. Mine did.
