After running the cleaning process about 30 times and finding that it still blocked then you have two options.

Remove the print head and try to clean it. Can be a pain to remove, so be warned.

The second option is to take the printer to a Epson service centre - these tend to be computer stores and the like - they may swap yours for a reconditioned one or be able to clean it for you.

Is the printer out of warranty then?
